- Custom clothing orders are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.
- Digital content services (avatars, blogs, social media content) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Clients may request order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund unless work has already begun.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- All custom content (blogs, social media content, avatars) created by SAYG remains the intellectual property of SAYG until full payment is received.
- Once payment is completed, the client receives full rights to use the content.
- SAYG reserves the right to showcase completed work as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
- Any content provided by the client (logos, images, text) must not infringe on third-party rights.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing work and providing timely feedback.
- Clients must not request or submit content that includes adult material, discrimination, hate speech, or any illegal or offensive material. SAYG reserves the right to reject any order that violates these terms.
